Sponsorship opportunities are now available for you to enhance the promotion of your company and products at the Northern Ireland Audio Show.

Advertising in the Visitor Guide:

Full page £190.00

Half page £100.00

Quarter page £75.00

The Visitor Guide will be a portrait A5 format. Full colour throughout, with Exhibitor information, floor plan guide and general show information.

You therefore have the option to have an additional advertisement opposite your own page on which to promote your company and products or to highlight special offers or discounts.

Artwork to be supplied by yourselves so please check all copy proof thoroughly as Gr8 Events cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect submissions.

Visitor Lanyards

An ideal opportunity for you to have your company name and web address taken home by each visitor. There will be a maximum of three companies printed on the lanyards issued to each visitor when they register.

£250.00 per company.

Literature in Visitors Bags

The visitors' bags will be made from material to ensure that the visitor will be able to carry around your literature without having their fingers cut off by thin plastic versions.

You have the opportunity to place your company literature, vouchers and fliers etc into these at a minimal cost.

1 piece inserted for £50.00

2 pieces inserted for £90.00

Your pre-printed literature must be delivered to the Hotel no later than 9am on Friday, 5th November 2010.

Should you wish to have additional static products or banners placed around the foyer area or in previously identified designated areas you should contact a member of the team to discuss this further.

A guide for placement costs (you would be responsible for the supply of the items)

Static product placement in a designated area that would be roped off..............£50.00

Static banners/pull up stands not located in your room/stand space...................£30.00

Static posters A0 maximum not located in your room/stand space......................£25.00

Show banner outside hotel would have your Company logo on it........................£50.00

Prize draw entry

Each exhibitor will be automatically entered into a free prize draw when they fill in their entry form for their ticket.

This will be advertised on the back of the entrance ticket and is a fantastic way of getting your name and products in the minds of the Visitor.

Simply by donating a product that will be entered into the Free Prize Draw you will receive this free advertising, plus extra advertising coverage in the marketing schedule leading up to the show and on the marketing material that will be displayed at the show and around the hotel.
